Please note the following:
Donations come to rear door.
Food assistance is provided at middle door with long sidewalk.
Food service is provided on Wednesdays only by appointments. Appointments are from 11 am to 3:30 pm. These are booked at least 2 weeks ahead of time. Call on Tuesday mornings from 9 am - 11 am for an appointment. Our phone system is not active but we can book via email: foodbankappointments@gmail.com
For those who are experiencing food insecurity please call for an appointment on Tuesday morning. Also pay attention to the notice below.

Food Drive Requests:
If you want to organize a food drive contact the coordinator for more information as to how to do a food drive before you start. We have specific requirements for food drives.
Coordinator is easiest to contact via email: coordinatorhhfbtburg@gmail.com
When you miss your appointment and do not call, then someone else doesn't get the chance to be assisted due to our intake workers waiting for you.
PLEASE don't miss YOUR appointment.
Donations are always needed but please note the following:
As always the food bank needs assistance with donations. Delivery needs to be made at our alley way door on Tuesday mornings or Wednesday mornings at 131B Rolph St REAR Door Entrance (Ring the doorbell) PLEASE check expiry dates. Anything old we will not accept. We also ask people to not bring us food that has been damaged, opened, or outdated. It costs us a lot of money to dispose of food that is not acceptable. DO NOT leave any food outside the doors as it has to be disposed of due to health restrictions.
