How to Receive Food
Anyone who is a Tillsonburg resident and in need of assistance is eligible to receive food support.
Call 519-688-3434 ext. 201 or 202 on Tuesdays between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to schedule an appointment.
We are closed evenings, weekends, and holidays.
New Clients Need to Bring:

ID for every household member

Proof of address
Note: Paper or electronic copies are acceptable verification for all of the above. The Helping Hand Food Bank does not make photocopies of client information.
New Online Booking Option!
We now offer online booking for Tuesday afternoon appointments.

Existing clients will need their client code to book online. If you do not have your client code, please email coordinatorhhfbtburg@gmail.com to receive it.
Unable to Attend Your Appointment?
If you have a scheduled appointment and are unable to attend, please call us to reschedule or make alternate arrangements to receive service.
What to Expect
Helping Hand Food Bank is run by volunteers who are happy to support our clients with dignity and respect. In your first visit you will be asked to complete an easy registration with an intake worker. Please bring a proof of address to show that you are a resident of the Town of Tillsonburg.
After your registration you may visit us up to twice a month.
At our food bank, we offer a wide variety of food choices to meet the needs of our clients. With a convenient shopping list, clients can select from a range of non-perishable items, along with fresh food options including seasonal produce and freshly baked bread. Our goal is to ensure everyone has access to nutritious meals that they can enjoy.
